In July 2000, Chef Soon Young Lee opened Dah-Mee with a simple vision: to bring the rich, authentic flavors of her Korean heritage — alongside beloved Thai and Japanese favorites — to the heart of Natick.
More than two decades later, Dah-Mee remains proudly family-owned. We believe great food takes time, care, and a commitment to fresh ingredients. From our slow-simmered curries to our hand-rolled sushi, every dish reflects a family's lifelong passion for food and hospitality.
